Since 1995, Operation Smile has conducted medical programs in 24 cities across Ecuador and has provided medical care to more than 6,000 patients with cleft conditions. Operation Smile’s global volunteer network includes more than 55 medical professionals from Ecuador who donate their time to heal patients with cleft lip and cleft palate in their country and around the world.
